Membership Policy
Welcome to the Wattle Crescent Head community. We're so grateful to share this space with you. To ensure a respectful, supportive, and grounded environment for everyone, we ask that all members agree to the following policies when joining on a pass, pack, or membership.
Memberships Are Personal
All memberships, passes, and subscriptions are for individual use only.
They cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to another person, even within the same household.
If a friend or family member would like to attend, we’d love to welcome them — but they’ll need to purchase their own pass or membership.
Community Conduct
We’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and calm space for all. In joining, you agree to:
Treat our staff, instructors, and fellow students with kindness and respect at all times.
Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour — we reserve the right to cancel memberships or refuse entry if this occurs.
Take responsibility for your actions and energy in the space.
Punctuality & Presence
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts to allow time to settle, check in, and respect others’ preparation.
Doors will be locked once class begins. Late entry is not permitted to maintain the flow and safety of the session.
We kindly ask that you stay for the full class — leaving early is disruptive to others and your own practice.
If you need to leave due to an emergency, please notify the teacher in advance where possible.
Membership Commitments
Weekly and monthly memberships are subscription-based and come with a minimum 3-month commitment.
Early cancellation is not permitted unless for medical or exceptional circumstances (with appropriate documentation and studio approval).
After your initial 3-month period, you may cancel anytime by providing 7 days’ notice via email before your next payment date.
Subscription payments are deducted automatically on a recurring basis.
10-Class Passes
Our 10-class pass is valid for two months from the date of your first class booked or attended.
Unused classes do not roll over beyond the expiry date.
Please plan your bookings within the timeframe — we recommend setting reminders or asking our team to help you map it out.
Reading the Fine Print
We encourage you to read the full terms and conditions associated with your membership or pass. These are available on our website and during sign-up. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the terms.
