Is it an illness, underlying health condition that should be checked out by a professional. Here at Wattle we don’t serve to diagnose, cure or act as a your GP. We really encourage you to listen to your body and use us as a therapeutic practice in combination with other health practitioners if there’s more happening beneath the surface. We’re a great addition to supporting your fitness/wellness journey but can’t stress enough how importance it is that you get your GPs approval before starting a new fitness programme.
