To help us do this we ask you that pick your class carefully and be mindful of the energy rating and intensity of the class as some are more demanding than others.

Yoga Styles
Yoga is an ancient practice that weaves together physical movement, mindful breathing, and spiritual awareness to cultivate a deep sense of unity and balance. At its core, yoga places a strong emphasis on the breath, offering powerful support for both the respiratory and circulatory systems. Beyond its foundational benefits, yoga has been widely studied for its ability to assist those experiencing illness, stress, or imbalance. This practice offers the body essential tools to heal, strengthen, and operate at its highest potential. Our classes use different styles of yoga all giving different feelings for the body, read below to see how the different styles can accommodate you.
YIN
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints—rather than muscles. Postures are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes or longer, allowing the body to gradually release tension and open up with gentle, sustained pressure.
This practice emphasises stillness and surrender, making it a deeply introspective and calming experience. It balances the more active (yang) styles of yoga and life by encouraging patience, mindfulness, and inner quiet. Yin is often practised seated or lying down, with the support of props like bolsters and blankets to help the body relax fully.
*Yin often gets mistaken for restorative yoga and must be highlighted as sometimes being a challenging class. The challenge of sitting in the postures in stillness brings great rewards.

VINYASA
Vinyasa in yoga refers to a style of movement that links breath with a continuous flow of postures. The word vinyasa means "to place in a special way," and in practice, it’s often described as a “moving meditation.” Our teachers all have different styles of teaching vinyasas and will offer modifications throughout the class. Expect lots of postures, moving from the ground to standing at a pace.

REMEDY
Remedy aims to work with you in a gentle manner, leaving lots of time and space so you can catch up and land where suits you best. Whether its a boost in the day or a tranquil class before bed remedy aims to soothe.

Pilates Styles
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method designed to strengthen muscles, improve core stability, enhance flexibility, and promote overall body awareness. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, it emphasises controlled, precise movements and intentional breathwork.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a simple, effective workout you do right on the floor. It focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement, all while using just your body weight (and sometimes small props like bands, balls and light weights). You’ll go through a series of exercises lying down, sitting, or sometimes standing, all designed to work your abs, back, hips, and glutes. It’s all about moving with control, keeping good form, and connecting to your breath.

Barre Styles
Barre Pilates blends elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga, and strength moves. It focuses on low-impact, high-repetition exercises designed to sculpt and tone the entire body. Using a barre for support along with light weights, resistance bands, or Pilates balls, you’ll perform small, controlled movements that challenge both strength and stability. The result is a dynamic, graceful workout that builds lean muscle, enhances posture, and improves flexibility.
Barre Cardio
Barre Cardio is a fun, high-energy fusion think graceful, sculpting exercises mixed with upbeat intervals that get your blood flowing.

Barre Tone
Delivers a full-body burn with high-rep, low-impact movements that sculpt, tone, and strengthen from head to toe. Expect deep muscle engagement, nonstop toning, and that signature barre shake as you power through each pulse and rep to build long, defined muscles.
